Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every Juju app ships with a fully-functional 7-day trial. No credit card required, no feature gates, no watermarks. The trial license is generated on first launch.
How does the licence work?
You receive a small license file by email after purchase. Drop it into the app's "Enter License" sheet and you're done. The validation happens offline — no phone-home, no network required after activation.
What happens at the end of the major version cycle?
You keep using your current version forever. When the next major version (e.g., v2) ships, current licence holders get a discount on upgrade. We don't force-deprecate working software.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. 14-day cooling-off period in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU directives. Email support@jujuvfx.app with your purchase ID and we'll process it.
Do you offer educational pricing?
